Historic canalside houses and splendid medieval warehouse buildings in the city centre largely dominate Amsterdam’s character.
However, most of these buildings are not really suitable for modern office use, due to their relatively small floor areas and the permanent room structure. The Bank offers quite the opposite. In the first quarter of 2010, approximately 25,500 m² of office space and approximately 6,500 m² of multifunctional space will be completed in the very heart of Amsterdam’s centre. The floor sections measure over 4,000 m² of office space on average, presenting magnificent clear heights. These large floor sections are eminently suitable for office use in an open structure, although a more private office configuration is equally possible.
