TomTom conducts research into accessibility of The Bank
One of the striking combinations of The Bank is its claim of a ‘central & accessible’ location. Rather than a striking combination, however, this seems contradictory. Nevertheless, research conducted by navigation systems manufacturer TomTom on the instructions of Kroonenberg Groep has confirmed that  the accessibility of The Bank by car is excellent.
The representative benchmark that was used to test the accessibility of The Bank was the accessibility of another typical office location, the Zuidas. The main access routes to Amsterdam were analysed using the huge volumes of data in TomTom’s own database, departing from various distances and in a variety of different time slots on a Tuesday morning, a day that typically presents a high degree of congestion. The results were clear: it takes an average of just two more minutes to arrive at the car park of The Bank than to enter the Zuidas car park. TomTom thus confirms the truth of the claim: The Bank is central & accessible.
