Scale model wins award
The Bank is currently undergoing an extensive metamorphosis that will be completed early in 2010. Kappers Architectuurpresentaties from Rotterdam was asked by Kroonenberg Groep to prepare a scale model of the final result.
This highly detailed model, measuring 1.80 by 2.0 metres, offers potential lessees and other prospects a good impression of the qualities of this imposing building. The model was recently awarded first prize in the annual scale model competition by the readers of the trade journal PropertyNL. In this competition, The Bank had to compete against 15 other nominated scale models.
