On Thursday, 18 November, The Bank welcomed Café George on the elevated ground floor of Marqt. At 17, Utrechtsestraat, Café George opened its third branch under the title of George Deli USA (Utrechtsestraat Amsterdam).

Two years ago, Café George opened its first branch at Leidschegracht, and since then it has enjoyed great success. George W.P.A., the second branch that was opened last year at Willemsparkweg, dubbed Williams Park Avenue by the owners, succeeded equally well in warming the hearts of the public. Café George's success can be attributed to the combination of a café and a restaurant. The result is reminiscent of a classic French brasserie, presenting a lovely atmosphere with warm wooden tables, a long brown bench, a mosaic tile floor and a long bar to hang out and have a drink with friends. As a subtenant of Marqt, George Deli USA is an asset to The Bank.
